Julia was born in Wales and came to the USA many years ago. She is a circle dancer and storyteller. She has been on Neskaya's Board of Trustees from the beginning. ("You want me to be on the board of an organization whose mission is the promotion of happiness? You've made my year - my century -- my millennium!!!") Julia is now a member of the board at large, as she has been found in India teaching cheesemaking, in Death Valley dressed in a 30s suit, in Argentina teaching circle dance, where next?
